AETHER FORCE PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT

This Agreement to Associate is entered into between the undersigned individual ("Member") and the Aether Force Private Membership Association ("Association"), an unincorporated association operating under constitutional protections.

1. NATURE OF ASSOCIATION

1.1 This Association is a private membership association, NOT a corporation or state-created entity.

1.2 This Agreement creates a private contractual relationship between Member and Association.

1.3 The Association operates within the private domain of its membership, outside the jurisdiction of state and federal regulatory agencies.

2. CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTIONS

2.1 Member acknowledges that this Association operates under constitutional protections including:

a) First Amendment - Freedom of Association and Speech

b) Fifth Amendment - Due Process Liberty Clause

c) Fourteenth Amendment - Equal Protection

d) Right to Privacy implicit in the First Amendment

3. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

3.1 Member shall receive access to resources as designated by their selected membership tier.
