How does the Relax Far Infrared Sauna work?
Infrared is a spectrum of light energy. It is the warmth you feel when you step into the sunlight. The Relax infrared sauna uses specially designed ceramic heating elements which are tuned to emit a specific range of far infrared energy. Unlike most other infrared saunas, the Relax infrared sauna emits 100% absorb-able infrared energy. Wooden saunas and the cheap knockoffs of the Relax infrared sauna can’t even come close to the purity levels of the Relax far infrared generators.
The infrared emitting ceramic chip
Each Relax infrared sauna heating unit contains 20 of these infrared emitting ceramic chips.

In our store, we have had a number of people come into our store and go into the Relax Sauna for 5-10 minutes.

Regular infrared sauna use reduces blood pressure and improves cardiac function
Regular saunas are not a good option normally for people with heart problems. Infrared sauna use oxygenates the blood by increasing the production of nitric oxide
A research study conducted in 2005 concluded that infrared sauna use increases the production of nitric oxide in the body. Nitric oxide is used by the body in numerous ways. These include vascular dilation (keeping the arteries open), smooth muscle relaxation(especially in the gastrointestinal tract, the immune system uses nitric oxide to fight infection, penile erection(nitric oxide is used by the body to increase blood flow), nitric oxide is also used by nerve cells as a neurotransmitter.
Nitric oxide prevents the formation of blood clots and keeps the arteries free of plaque. This is very important in the prevention of a stroke.

Below are the results of an analysis of one man’s urine before and after using the infrared sauna;
This shows that the infrared sauna causes not only heavy metal detoxification through sweat but also through the urine.
There was more than twice as much arsenic in the urine after being in the sauna than before.
